Experienced Hygienist

I was rather shocked to hear Annie, my hygienist ever since I started coming to Dr. Fong's dental practice, left. A new hygienist, Susan, was assigned to take care of my teeth cleanings/maintenance. She took time to do a thorough job, to my great satisfactions. She's very experienced obviously and gave me some good advice how to use my electric toothbrush properly to get to the hard to reach areas and what toothpaste to use for my dry mouth condition. She's a very good addition to already great Dr. Fong's team.

Extremely Happy with the Services

My last visit was with the hygienist Susan which was the first time I was treated by her. I was totally impressed with her skill and how amazing my teeth looked and felt after she finished. I will be happy to have Susan do my cleanings in the future. Dr. Fong also gave me a thorough check and as always he was pleasant and did not rush with me. I’ve always been very happy with the service I get and wouldn’t hesitate to refer anyone from Dr. Fong’s office.

The Dentist: love it or hate it, many of us will be heading back there out of necessity or love. I love having clean teeth and have been a patient of Dr. Fong for 20+ years, so I trusted them to really take this COVID-19 thing seriously. Lots of government regulations around this and Dr. Fong and the team were thorough!

I felt very safe. LOTS of protocols have been implemented (wear a mask, don't go if you're sick or have travelled).

They checked my temperature on arrival, wore full PPE, new for each patient and have a sterile office with limited items in it.

New air cleaning machine was in each exam room to clean out the air between patients.
Not using machines for cleanings, just hand clean for now.
Hygienist sanitizes the room between each patient.

If you need a dental clinic, I totally recommend Dr. Fong.
